Since volunteers are the heart of the Service Delivery Unit, every volunteer opportunity is essential to the services we provide in our community. If you work well in emergency situations, you may want to take our Disaster Training and become a member of the Disaster Action Team. These wonderful folks
respond anytime, day or night to calls for
assistance for victims of Single Family Fires. They are also prepared to answer the call for a large scale disaster, such as a plane crash, train derailment

or natural disasters such as tornado or flood. Blood Drives provide precious donations to hospital patients as well as, victims of tragic automobile accidents or disasters. Caring individuals are needed to call, register, and provide comfort and refreshment to our blood donors. Every day in the office, volunteers answer phones, file paperwork, document important activities and services, prepare for classes and speak to the community.
